Packing for SXSWi

Due to travel arrangements over the weekend and beginning of next week, I’m having to pack for SXSW a week early. Please assist my frantic evening by adding comments with reminders for things I need to pack. Thank you.

    - every charger for every battery operated item you own even if you aren’t taking it you (or someone) will need it

    If your laptop doesn’t have a standard vga out, then whatever dongle you need to make it so.

    Summery clothes – it will be HOT.

    Airport Express if you have one.

    A jumper for inside the conference centre during the day … it will be COLD … but one you can just stuff in a bag / tie round your waste when you go out into Mr Hicks’ HOT at lunchtime.
    Camera and card reader / USB cable
    Passport! Tickets! Insurance documents!
    If all your arrangements are on your laptop, print off a hard copy too.
    Sunglasses
    Sun block
    Phone, camera, laptop, iPod charger
    Really comfortable shoes
    Slippers.
    Pipe.
    Flat cap.

    Earplugs: for when I get just that little bit too annoying.

    Userrnames and passwords for any essential service you need access to, in case your laptop goes tits up.
